We would like to inform our customers across Europe of changes to EU customs regulations affecting books purchased and shipped from the UK.

From 1 July 2026, the EU introduced new customs duties on certain low-value imports. Additionally, from 1 November 2026, a new €2 handling fee has been introduced on goods entering the EU.

These changes may result in additional costs when ordering books from the UK. Any applicable customs charges, taxes or handling fees will depend on the destination country and shipping arrangements.
